A few essentials so your event runs as beautifully as it tastes.
A 30% non-refundable deposit secures your date. Final balance due 14 days before event.
Cancellations within 30 days of the event forfeit the deposit; later cancellations may incur additional fees.
Travel within Greater Manchester is included. Outside-region travel is quoted per event.
We require 60–90 minutes of pre-event setup access and a power source within 10m of each station.
All stations are fully food-hygiene compliant. Allergen menus provided on request.
Vicèlle holds full public liability insurance up to £5m. Certificates available on request.
